What's the best way to stay warm from the inside out?
I get very cold sometimes, I think particularly when I have anxiety. It's becoming winter and I need to find a way to warm my body. In cold weather my hands get very cold, and I shiver sometimes.

a model got me into the cold bathing. She said it was the best thing for a glowing complexion, and no wrinkles as u age. And it gets you out of your head and back into your body, which is calm and grounded, esp important for us raw fooders. The first time I went to a spa and did the hot then cold thing I went dizzy felt sick and had pains all over my body like pin pricks, I was told to breathe fast and connectedly, apparently the hot/cold was forcing trapped carbon dioxide out of my body and that was why i went all weird, it makes me breathe deep and hard which oxygenates the body. It is so good!
I don't do it really hot though because i'm a wussy.
Doing it really hot makes it feel like a sauna =) And I do initially, maybe a few seconds as hot as I can handle, then a few seconds really cold, then hot then cold, back and forth, until I'm doing about a minute in each extreme, making it hotter and colder each time as much as possible. I think the tolerance gets built up that way easily.
