In your search to find a person who holds no unnecessary tension, how can you tell if you meet such a person? Can you tell just by looking? How often do you meet people who use their bodies as babies do?
well i'd like to meet myself as that person so i can tell by feeling and noticing
everyday is better and better and better
it would behoove me to meet more people who use their bodies as such
I can feel VERY relaxed physically and mentally and still have poor eyesight, but I sense there is still tension in my eyes, so there must be some kind of wall I've created to relax everywhere else BUT there. I know that tension is a cause of myopia (nearsightedness), but I'm still not sure how or if it could be related to farsightedness (hyperopia).
I'm finding more and more that very relaxed is a relative term.
The more yoga I do, I notice that if I can't do full lotus there is actually some kind of tension in the body. It's not that lotus or any of the contortions are weird things for weird people but rather that if you are fully relaxed you are able to stretch like a baby.

I find it's quicker to make four cuts, scaling the outer skin equally then pulling it away and thumping with a wooden spoon. Plus it's less of a mess and you don't lose any juice because none of the kernels are cut :)
