A while back I stumbled upon some of the stuff related to the topic of the "Seven Stages of Disease" (http://his-kingdom.com/myAIMweb/seven_stages_of_disease.htm). It woke me up to the fact that something as simple as a cold or flu could be an early warning of a much bigger potential health issue. The Rainosheks did a day on this on JuiceFeasting.com (Day 39 I believe) and had a video on Google Video. However, I can't seem to find that video.
