Red onions tossed with a little olive oil, a dash of salt and a little honey, dehydrated for a few hours. Also capsicum (red pepper) and thin strips of zucchini, tossed with olive oil and a little salt and dehydrated. Sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives. Baby or English spinach, or rocket, sprinkled with a little salt and olive oil and "wilted" by massaging for about a minute. Probably not all of these things at once, but any combination would be lovely! You could also sprinkle on a little nut cheese, or even just a handful of pine nuts and a dash of nutritional yeast.
aloha,
Thanks for taking the time to answering my post!
I do agree with you my raw food marinara pizza
runs rings around my cheese pizza I've been making
for 25 years! LOOK OUT DOMINO'S ..........LOL
My favorite nuts to use for pesto is pine nuts when I'm feeling abundant!
Walnuts work well also and I've run into people who can't eat pine nuts!
About the cheese.............I make a cashew cream cheese and spead that on my pizza crust first,
then the marinara sauce and then the marinated veggies that have been in olive oil & nama shoyu for an hour to 6 hours. I dress the pizza and dehydrate it for 1 to 2 hours or until it's warm and the sauce is like tomato paste
This pizza is to LIVE FOR!
I hope that inspires you to make a raw food pizza for you and your friends.............they will be asking you for more I guarantee it!
Oh the olives I use are kalamata olives.
No I do not speak Italian! So now I'm going to paste your phrase into a translator!
