"I tried supplementing to make up for what I wasn’t getting by leaving animal products out of my diet, but the more I studied what I was missing in order to supplement it, the more substances I discovered. I’ve finally bowed to mother nature and admitted that I can’t do it better than her."
I just wonder what deficiencies did you identify, how did you identify them? And then what made you conclude that they would be resolved by eating animals?
Of course if one is failing to thrive without animal products and then one gets better in some tangible way once adding them to the diet, then one has to bow to that crude empirical finding. But it can also simply mean that the vegan diet that was implemented previously was simply inadequate and could of been altered to rectify the issue without animal products.
I think you are right. But who's to argue with empirical evidence when it can be so plain and exciting to see? Especially to a person who has spent months or years with unsolvable ills. I wonder how many people would agonize over the "how" when the outcome speaks clearly and loudly.
I suppose some people would feel the benefit of the animal foods and then try to decipher a vegan alternative. If being 100% vegan is their goal.
Others would simply be thrilled to have found a solution in the addition of some animal foods.

Shorties are goodies lol
That is so true, its very funny and Miss J wears the most random things every week. This last season Tyra "revolutionized" the industry by putting short girls on the show LOL

Unfortunately, my dogs were microchipped before I got them. I haven't decided what to do about it yet. Really don't want them to have surgery to take them out.
