Give it to me Raw

Sooooooo....ladies and gents..I just google searched top 10 raw superfoods....and it came up with a whole bunch of sites with JUST superfoods....including Steak, Eggs, Salmon....somehow I dont think Steak and Eggs are up there on the RAWWW superfoods list....

So I've found one question Google cant answer.. ;)

Can you lovely people help me out...I've just done a trip to my local but very small organic shop and came away with 2 lara bars...thats all they had that was raw, other than a few bananas and oranges... :p

Help a sister out? :)

John, what do you think of Maple syrup, compared to agave syrup and yaconsyrup, speaking about healt and nutriënts..?

Reply to This

Thats not raw? I tried yacon syrup it was ok

It is not raw, but I think maple is better than agave, agave is so heavy processed that it is neither raw

nor healty...

For me, got to be Purple Corn Extract. Don't know exactly what it does (definitely more than I've ever read about it!), but wow, amazing - a real boost for smoothies! especially with dreamy, creamy bedtime cacao/nut milk!

Reetz, there are lots of great online stores, are you in US? know a few in UK if you are here!!!

Aloe Vera
Coconut Kefir
Green Sprouts
Fresh Clean Spring Water
Medicinal Mushrooms and plants ( Reishi & Chaga are my favorite)
Raw Honey (and other bee products)
Wild Greens & Wild foods
E3 Live
Milk Thistle Seed

Still knew to the surthrival products, but I do like Colostrum & Deer Antler. Too many benefits to list, but worth the extra cash.

You're suppose to be able to pick the leaf out of the middle - and it comes out realllllllll easy - if it's ripe. It should smell ripe too.

It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
