Give it to me Raw

I've had acne for some time now. But now it has completely vanished. And had tried absolutely every thing! Be it Proactive, cutting out different foods and ended up with a few guidelines that I believe to be the "holy grail" of clear skin.

My tips are:
- Don't stress
- Don't overeat (EVER!!)
- Don't eat refined foods
- Eat as much raw as possible

- Drink green tea
- Take vitamin B supplements (eg. Skin B5)
- Alkalize your body (nr. 1 advice)
- Start the day by drinking 1L of water.
- Do HIIT several times a week

(extra stuff I do: Maca, Spirulina, Probiotics)

Personally I love the sauna. (I go about 4 times a week). Initially you will probably break out but my nr. 1 quick fix for acne is absolutely boiling yourself in the sauna until you can't take it no more, than run and take an ICE cold shower!
Works like a charm!

And yeah,,,Good skin is the result of internal conditioning not skin products!

Follow this and your skin will be awsome!

It's probably a combination of all of those things, I don't know, but the results are real.

i was able to go off of all my acne meds when i started doing lowfat raw. i had been on accutane TWICE, antibiotics a million times, birth control and anything else you can name!! now i take no supplements, i exercise regularly, i try to get some sun, and i do 811. that was the solution for me~

I also tried everything. The one thing that is 100% effective is 811 with no overt fat'. If I eat 5 almonds right now I will wake up with acne.

Those are great tips, I think not overeating is a biggie as well as the water in the morning (I add MSM).
Personally I find greens are the best and for me and very little fruit.

I agree, I eat as little fruit as possible.
I eat my biggest meal from 11-13 during the day, and I find that administering hormonal balance by attaining regular sleeping patterns.

A few tips I forgot to mention are, cleaning your skin before you hit the sauna. I use the sea water, silica and algea foaming cleanser from Blue lagoon.

Every time I eat a meal that is hard to digest I take a probiotic supplement with it.

I'm an athlete so I absolutely must eat as many calories as I can, so I have also added to my diet fish oil (Vitamin D), hemp oil and udo's 3-6-9 along with at least 1 avocado a day!

I totally agree that the same stuff doesn't work for everyone....so experimenting is definitely everyone should do!

There is an enzyme product that is amazing in preventing skin break-outs. I tested it over the recent holiday season ... ate a bunch of stuff that in the past would always produce break-outs for me. Well, nothing ... my skin stayed clear. It's an enzyme product made by Enzymedica, called Virastop. This company only uses plant-based enzymes. Virastop is high in an enzyme called Protease. Protease is an enzyme that helps clean the blood. It breaks down undigested protein, cellular debris, and toxins in the blood.

Virastop is designed to be used therapeutically on an empty stomach. I usually take 4 capsules with water when I wake up in the morning, and wait at least 30-60 minutes before drinking juice or eating anything so it can be absorbed into my system effectively. This stuff also helps correct chronic constipation. It contains no fillers and comes in cellulose-based capsules. I asked the company and they said you can empty the contents and consume the enzymes without the capsule if you prefer. You can get it much cheaper buying from other companies that sell it discount than buying it directly from Enzymedica. So in my experience, along with following a low-fat raw vegan diet, this Virastop product is the ultimate acne solution, especially if you don't always stay true to your ideal diet.

I plan on letting my teenage son test it now. He's very SAD-based, and his skin is showing it.

you cant stress how important high intensity exercise is, when you sweat your body opens up and cleans out your pores, and your sweat has anti-bacterial functions that help clean your skin! also sweating helps settle your tummy.
