Give it to me Raw

Just curious, as Im doing my monthly bulk shopping today......

Whats the most important food in your kitchen. It used to be Id have said my wheatberries. Now Im thinking its my organic raw sunflower seeds. I REALLY like my Miso & Nori too now days. I do keep a BULK pantry and have LOTS of nuts (almost feeling squirrel like - lol) but was left to wonder....whats the most important staple in YOUR kitchen....besides greens of course.

besides the ones i mentioned: a big big amount of greens.
When i stand in line at the organic store, i sometimes feel a lil'bit different :s
Woman that have obviously a family with a child have groceries for a week but the amount of greens and vegs is the same as i have for 1 day. And i bring people in shock with my big amount of only vegs, greens, nuts, seeds, fruits, seaweed and other say stuf, they think i do my weekly errants for a big big family. That look on their face when i reveale its only for one person! Lol!
