I couldn't agree more, the purification that comes through diet and clarity is magical, it's an opening to higher and faster energies in our cells, body, mind, and spirit. I would like to start doing enema’s on myself to clear out blockage. But unfortunately, I’m weary.
I totally agree. There is no other high like raw food and the gradual positive effects it has on the body. On all levels you evolve, which we are all looking to do. So enjoy and feel more alive and more centered.

I find it's quicker to make four cuts, scaling the outer skin equally then pulling it away and thumping with a wooden spoon. Plus it's less of a mess and you don't lose any juice because none of the kernels are cut :)
