I'm concoting something crazy, but I enjoy complex dishes to impress people unfamiliar with vegan/raw...especially since we're expecting a lot of people to be joining us this year..

1) "turkey" (still working on the right consistency)
2) cranberry-ginger relish
3) pumpkin pie (obviously)
4) sweet potato gratin
5) wild rice stuffing
6) mashed potatoes and gravy

good stuff.

April, DANG, sounds intense.

My body doesn't really like complex foods and gourmet raw, but I think its pretty amazing how you guys can make it all raw! I've had gourmet raw and it tastes amazing! I love looking at pictures of it too.... SO TAKE SOME PICTURES! =)

Ian, DOUBLE DANG, I can't wait for pictures!!!!

I just had papaya and bananas. Papaya for dinner and bananas for dessert. =)

I've got a stomach of STEEL.
I have enzymes for days that could probably rip straight through steel if need be. :]

I use fitday, but only every once in a while to make sure I'm not missing anything major.

What kind of hydro therapy have you been doing?

I used fitday for the longest. I stopped logging in what I ate because it was very tedious. I also bought a cheap food scale. The food scale was one of the best investments I made in my life. It helped me get an idea of how much I was eating, help...
