Aloha,
I give Surf lessons in the LA area and will exchange for pay, raw food equipment or services, etc.
I can provide boards and wetsuits for three people and gurantee you will ride a wave in the session.
Afterwords we will snack on healthy raw food

Hi Rob. My name is Katie and I am a raw food chef/instructor with a background in Chinese Herbal Medicine, as well as whole food nutrition from the Indian Ayurvedic perspective as well as the raw food perspective! I love to help others and believe I have a lot to offer in the way of information. Maybe you could give me some hints as to what you might be into as a good exchange but I'm definitely interested in learning to surf!! i know im coming to the area within the next few months so maybe the timing would work great! let me know and my specialties include... raw desserts and entrees, using food as medicine, meditation techniques, chi gong, and eastern minded approaches to health! thanks rob!

I also have an ad on CL in the barter section for LA under surfing.

absolutely...quite simple once we come up with a regimen just for your unique body...it'll totally happen! i'll get together the stuff for weight balance and stuff...i just need like a few questions about you answered... just for matching you with the correct herbs... i could also do a face diagnosis if you have a close up of your face! herbs are simple, its just complex finding exactly which one will do it for you! we are all so unique! peace and talk to ya soon. oh i think i will be there in september!! not quite sure yet tho!
Soaking might help, I really don't know for sure. My father eats soaked dried chestnuts. The dried ones are really hard and they get a little bit softer when soaking them, but they are'nt as sweet soaked.
recently i have come to believe i may (not fully sure) have candida. mainly for the following reasons: after any cooked meal that is high in startches like say risotto the next day my head is so fuzzy and i think it may be even hungover or drunk. ...
This is what my mom recommends too. The thing is I live in a high-rise building in NYC, so I'm definetely not "grounded".
The grounding bed technology makes sense, but it doesn't feel natural to me. Has anyone tried it? Did you notice any changes...
