i'm curios if anyone has testing Ultimate Superfoods for microbes by using the hydrogen peroxide....i'm just wondering if that company is any good, thanks!
I agree. Eating good microbes will not get rid of the bad microbes. However, having a gut full of good bacteria will keep you from developing any new infections from bad microbes. This is because the good bacteria keeps the bad microbes from growing and multiplying.
Try to cultivate bad microbes in plain water, and you will have no problem.
But adding bad microbes to a batch of kombucha or water kefir will not result in a takeover by the bad microbes. The good microbes always win.
L. acidophilus is the most aggressive strain of bacteria in nature, and fortunately we live in a symbiotic relationship with it!
DR. Robert Cassar is a Chiropractor and a naturalist. He said he doesn't suggest killing parasites as they can fight hard. But to eat an alkaline diet of green, photonic base with plankton, algae, herbs, superfoods and Spring water. Also he uses a "yogaswing" to squeeze them outa his body and they'll leave on their own bec they don't like it. But I prefer to use a Zapper too from www.worldwithoutparasites.com it relieves my pain and is inexpensive. I'll test his foods for you but I think any wholefood will have some reaction. WE do use H2O2 for a # of things, it's great.LOVE melts ridges better than heat melts chocolate-just a though-Niki
We tested Hyd. Per. on Ultimate Super Foods Cacao,Maca,Mucuna,Gogi and all were microbe free, no bubbling with 3% food grade H2O2. Nuts->raw cashews sooked in lemon water and nuts with their paper on were clean too. But the cashews NOT soaked were bubbling as well as the pistacios with NO paper on.Interesting use of H2O2. Thanks for the idea. Love and beauty to you and yours, Rev. Nik
I would encourage you to eat oranges instead Vampi. Whole food is always best. Oranges are a perfect food; lots of sugar, and lots of fiber to slow down the absorption into the blood stream. Take out all the fiber and you've got a blood sugar spik...
since I find no reason to believe in 'allergies' against 'natural' appropriate stuff, I would think it's more likely just the fact that pineapple if bought in store is pretty much always unripe. Not that it matters to the situation perhaps.
...but...
Nicolas have you ever had a pineapple that does not give symptoms. In my experience around these hoods where we are there are practically no ripe pineapples..or perhaps a few dunno
Yes ma'am. Resting as completely as possible with eyes closed; getting enough water; avoiding too much sun; avoiding toxic substances (personal care products, cleaning products, etc.)
I enjoy writing about the deepest darkest secrets of my heart, about things I dont want to share with anyone..or lack the guts to share. Love letters mostly, but not always. If I have a dream I want to remember Ill write it down.
Come on woman! No time like the present! We may now have one more spot for our March 20 to May 22 internship session; this is truly a life-changing program and an amazing bargain...
