Have you got the glow? How much has your skin improved since going raw? How long did it take to see improvement and what are you favourite yummy complexion foods?
"Skinspire" me, peeps!
I use witch hazel for toner also. It's the best and extremely inexpensive. I use Epicurean for moisturizer and Alba for sunscreen. I wear sunscreen atop my moisturizer even in the car. It's worth it in the long run to keep your skin young. I'm gonna start using Castille soap for my face now.

My skin is awful at the moment, it's just so dry.
I work in a heavily air conditioned environment (nasty recycled air) and I live somewhere with heating being pumped out all the time to escape the cold. Before bed I put some vitamin e oil on my face and this morning I mixed the rest of the capsule with a scrub. I need advice!!!
I don't eat any nuts but I eat avocado every other day, I've heard people say that fats are quite good for 'the glow'. Help!!!
My skin is much prettier since I have incorporated raw to my vegan diet, my pores are tighter, some blemishes are gone, and I look younger...I think that the green skakes, the green juices the water and the enemas are working wonders for me.
I use pure raw coconut oil to cleanse and moisturize my skin and that's it. Blessings be!

Someone mentioned using Dr Bronners soap so when I was in Florida last week I bought some (they only had lavender, I really wanted tea tree) I thought it would dry out my skin but infact I think it is helping. I have also been on a fruit only regime for the last seven days and I think that has helped. So my next purchase will be coconut oil!
I noticed improvements with my skin within just days of going raw. I think eating greens is what did it. I think some avocado, olives and hemp seeds help too. I use Aubrey Organic Blue-Green Algae cleanser and moisturizer on my face. Dr.Bronners for cleansing my body and coconut oil to moisturize. I slice a cucumber and dab it underneath my eyes to brighten them and take away puffiness.
=) Smiling a lot makes me glow too.
Beautiful czech fairy-tale. Who see it once, wants to see it again and again because that's what we need in today's world :)Krásná ceska pohadka, krasne zpra...
I don't think this exists for humans yet, unfortunately - but what I think would be the healthiest mattress (and virtually free of dust-mites, even bed-bugs which inflict some homes recently) for humans would be the same as the healthiest for pets...
