Does anyone have any ideas about starting a Raw Food Potluck Club? I would like to start a Raw Food Breakfast Club...I never have free evenings, so breakfast would be fun! Any suggestions would be greatly helpful! Thanks so much, you guys! :o)

you could call it a super food smoothie hike club. so you meet up, make crazy delicious hemp cacao banana smoothies and then go out hiking somewhere.
i love the idea of going out into nature early in the morning. i rarely do it though. i think alot of people feel that way. if there was a group to join that was raw, i think people would really like the idea.

also, a dr. friend told me that some of the waxy stuff can drip into your ear and do permanent damage. it does feel great, but i don't do it any longer. i've actually fallen asleep while having it done. =/

Thank you Wrenn that is what I thought too and your comments are very helpful! I think it would also be cool at $.99 for 5 TOTALLY new raw recipes and then it can be a series of them at $.99 each...thanks for your comment!
What are they used for? I've heard people people using them in smoothies.
