OMG so i have gone 100% raw well okay so 100% minus the fact I cant stop the craving and the temptation and the actual GOING TO Starbucks for my mocha or gingerbread latte or whatever....Is this going to totally ruin the whole raw thing? If i have 1 a day but eat totally RAW for everything else will I still loose weight? Anyone have a magic pill that will keep me away from Starbucks... i swear they must put crack in their coffee lol....
I half assed raw for about a year until I heard about 811rv. During that year I went to Starbucks daily. The weekend I started adding lots of fruit to my diet I quit coffee also. Went hand in hand.

Hi Ami, when I went 100% (I'm now 80% high raw) every time I went past a gas station or through the checkout at the supermarket, I wanted my usual chocolate bar and energy drink (I was caffiene addicted, at least 3 red bull energy drinks each day + coffee!). I didn't actually want to eat the chocolate or drink red bull nor was I craving it, it was simply the everyday habit I had got myself into. I never gave in, and even now I get the feeling but not as strong. So it could simply be a habit you need to break or change - for example, make a new habit where you buy a cup of herbal tea instead.
yes i agree with you that it is for sure an emotional attachment ;) I know I will eventually do it, i guess it is just frustrating when you cant turn something like that OFF. :)
Yes Ami, you can cut the cords to anything, including Starbucks. Set your intention, meditate alone and call in Archangel Michael to help you cut the cords and Archangel Raphael to heal any wounds or cravings left over after cutting the cords energetically.
By the way, maybe you can shift your addiction to a positive one - I go to Starbucks almost every other day to pick up free coffee grounds for my garden. I look around at everyone consuming non-life-giving foods and drinks and feel about a week younger when I leave without consuming a thing.
Try my Chai/coffee substitute drink that i created "Shakti Chai" it has helped many people get off of coffee.
It has Raw Cacao, Dandelion & 20 Tonic herbs.

Going to starbucks may simply be a habit...and not necessarily what you order. Next time...order a green tea instead of mocha or latte (they do sell tea at Starbucks. Try to transition away from starbucks by going to other coffee shops. I like going to coffeshops to read but i always buy green tea instead of coffee.
Thanks for the tips :) funny it is not the caffeine that i crave it is the SWEETS! artificial sweets i know ;) I get decaf... but I will try for sure to get some tea :) I wish i liked tea more than i do :)
Go Germany! I'm no longer working with The LifeCo & Saf in Muc, or organising events, workshops & talks in Muc, as I am abroad. I still consult clients & can provide your fave superfoods. My RawCacaoLove chocolate can be ordered through me directly.
Sorry... I had to look it up.

my magic bullet burnt out, it was good for travelling while I had it though. Can you get a second hand blender? The cheaper ones I have used don't chop up the greens as well. Try to get something with a higher wattage, like 1000watt.
Just being curious again :P ...
