Raw food is amazing.
It's really, really good, but having said that, what's something you've added to your diet that you swear have made a huge difference in detox, emotions, health... anything?
I'm still such a novice at being raw, I'd love to know.

Lots of people seem to have issues with the chocolate- if you search the site I am sure you will see what I mean. So be sure to be aware before you add it in a major way and don't have it everyday- make sure you monitor your reaction as you add/remove it. It is a drug after all and thus can have negative effects- just worked a lot better and safer for me than antidepressants.
I used to make a chocolate pudding- avocado, banana, raw choc powder, young coconut water. Optional: Agave, blueberries, nibs.Had it almost every morning for a while.
Savoury smoothies/soups are awesome. And green juice.
Obviously, baked essene bread is cooked, so only add it if it replaces worse cooked things (I was bingeing on cooked food) if you see what I mean. You can make a raw version with a dehydrator and sprouted grain- there are some good recipes on this site.
Everything in moderation, I suppose... though, lately, I haven't wanted chocolate as much as I usually do; maybe my magnesium levels are up now.
Chocolate pudding! mmmmm..... that sounds amazing. I'll definitely give that a try :)
I've been binging on cooked food lately, which is gross. I feel gross, but I want them because they're addictive. when am I going to learn?
I have a HUGE sweet tooth!
I always want to try raw desserts, especially cheeze cake, but I'm trying to avoid nuts because I gain weight from them easily.. haha
I haven't tried cookies; are they like the SAD cookies at all?

I am waiting for my maca; I have been dealing with hormone problems hugely in the past year... ugh
Natural Calm Magnesium... I have not hear of that. Google!
Leaving things out is so hard sometimes; I had cheese the other day and I've been vegan for about 3 months completely, and biggest mistake of my life- my tummy is sticking out because it hated it so much. and I don't feel great, yet feel like I want more.
I have done a 40 day water fast before. So I guess for some people it miight be dangerous but it works for me. I do better on water then juice fasting.
