also depends how much fuel we need,to how much fuel we burn,with athletic pursuits...i still believe eating more earlier in the day is better,for me,than alot later in the day..i try to eat as early as i can,but when i cycle at night after work,its not as easy as i would like it to be,fortunately my metabolism is going so fast it burns the food up quickly,and i wake feeling great in the morning :)
I don't think this exists for humans yet, unfortunately - but what I think would be the healthiest mattress (and virtually free of dust-mites, even bed-bugs which inflict some homes recently) for humans would be the same as the healthiest for pets...
