Before I ever new what raw was I used to eat dessert for breakfast. I thought that it made more sense to eat all the sugar and fat first and then burn it off throughout the day.
I just eat whenever I want to now, I dont even label them as meals anymore.
:P I kinda wish I could have a more normal schedule, but at least my body seems to have adapted quickly. I'm ravished when I wake up and have a big fibre breakfast with loads of apples and veg-pulp/seaweed crackers and veg-juice, have loads of energy during the day and don't feel much in the way of hunger, and then load up on veg-juice when I get home. That's the system for the past week or so anyway, and it's been working pretty fantastically. I do take a few litres of water with me though and dehydrated pulp powder and some psyllium husk powder. That stuff is awesome, btw ^_^
breakfest- water
lunch- good mixture of apples, pears, greens, for today was
supper-some more apples & pears( 2 of each )
so far, night is young so I might have another apple
since I find no reason to believe in 'allergies' against 'natural' appropriate stuff, I would think it's more likely just the fact that pineapple if bought in store is pretty much always unripe. Not that it matters to the situation perhaps.
...but...
Nicolas have you ever had a pineapple that does not give symptoms. In my experience around these hoods where we are there are practically no ripe pineapples..or perhaps a few dunno
Yes ma'am. Resting as completely as possible with eyes closed; getting enough water; avoiding too much sun; avoiding toxic substances (personal care products, cleaning products, etc.)
I enjoy writing about the deepest darkest secrets of my heart, about things I dont want to share with anyone..or lack the guts to share. Love letters mostly, but not always. If I have a dream I want to remember Ill write it down.

Thanks Priyam! You are very kind and generous with your appreciation, and I appreciate the specificity. I agree with you completely that fasting is generally very poorly understood, mostly feared, and almost always avoided.

Hey Michele! We fast 8-10 people per year for 6 weeks and most of them have amazing experiences. Incidentally, though some people imagine there's a need to "work up" to a long fast like this, many are fasting this long for the first time; in fact,...
We dont want organic pasteurized, that is the same as conventional to us. Its been treated with something to kill it because that it what people do kill beautiful things it seems. Dead people.
