Give it to me Raw

Now before I start I am not against 811 and have been aspiring to 100% 811 for 5 months now and I find it a cheap, convenient and energy giving diet.

I have just finished reading Dr Edward Howell's Enzyme Nutrition. In it he talks about Eskimos. Incidentally the word Eskimo derives from an American Indian language and means 'He who eats it raw'
So I guess we are all Eskimos.

When referring to Eskimos he means Eskimos that have not been tainted with western food habits.I don't know if there are any of those left but apparently there was in the first half of the 20th century.

Eskimos eat an incredible amount of fat from raw meat, fish and seal and whale blubber, which is just fat, seemingly no fruit and very little vegetables. Yet they are able to canoe for 12-16 hours for days on end. They seem to live to an old age and there is virtually no instance of cardiovascular disease. It seems by not eating the killed animal right away but by allowing the animals own enzymes to pre digest it's own carcase then the fat does not clog the arteries. There are(or were) very few Eskimos who were overweight despite their high fat diet.

So fellow Eskimos, how does that fit in with the 811rv principles?

Kate Moss takes a great picture and has tuns of connections so she is in every single publication every single month, well at least here she is, but seeing her in real life or even pictures taken by paparazzies, not so nice I can tell you (that was a mild version of what I really think :)......Well basically to me she looks like a drug addict.

yeah, she looks great in that video clip, but black and white is very forgiving, when was it shot, it looks pretty old judging by the fashion and hair...she has been around for donkeys years after all...the papers do get old shot of her and paste them together with new stories, aswell as airbrushing which they do to everyone.

That video must be at least 10 years old, it's Christy Turlington there as well and she looks a lot younger in it too....LOvE Christy!!

Also earlier this year!! Still great on professional camera with the special effects, but that's not natural beauty, give her another few years living this lifestyle and her body will look wasted, she's not a good role model.....IMHO

Folks who hang in the Arctic (or thereabouts) eat that which is available. Let's see, what would I prefer to have for lunch, seal flesh and fat (the Inuit also eat seal shit! - no joke) or a big papaya? No contest. I lived among the native people of Canada back when I was a kid and Pops was doing research. Although the diet had changed considerably with the advent of food preservation and transportation, I did learn a lot about the traditional diet of survival, and let's be frank, it was all about survival. They also ate the stomach contents of the wild animals they killed; humans can't digest many lichens, dwarf shrubs and other plants that the animals eat, but humans can eat those plants predigested from a dead animal's stomach and intestines. Thinking about it makes me want to vomit. You haven't lived until you've seen a woman mix seal shit with seal fat and then eat the slop with gusto. I don't care how long they live, I ain't eating seal shit.

OK Rawzi, I'm trying to be open-minded here but that video you posted was simply gross.
I'm not really sure what you are trying to get across to be honest??

Ive got a couple of videos "The task of Blood" - about a slaughterhouse, so I think ive seen all I want thanks, regarding the slaughter and feasting of Gods innocent creatures by blood thirsty "humans". does this have anything to do with thread ie 80 10 10 RV
I dont think it does...
dont really want to see your video, just wanted to know if you liked eating shit? thats all..

There's contradictory information for just about everything when it comes to eating raw.

yep, and not just raw! that's why you should read the books with an open mind, try it for yourself, then work out what works for you.
i might be wrong though...

do i also have to read the almost thirty pages with comments before?

Or is it enough to think: that was that, that was then, in a polar climate.
Maybe they need all that fat because of the freezing. Maybe their teeth where so good because the bacteria that causes cavities are frozen dead by minus -i-dont-wanna-know-how-cold.

And maybe these inuits-eskimo's had a beautiful synergy with the earth and the animals around them.
They dont just killed an animal, they were gratefull that animal lived so it could feed them.
A synergy and intuition which we lost while living in an industrial world and a synergy which we are trying to find back?
