Give it to me Raw

Hello dear friends!

My wife has rheumatoid arthritis that is getting more seriuous by the week. She is eating high raw and believe in the healing effects of raw. But she need more ways to heal becasue it is getting worse.

Does anyone here know some ways to heal rheumatoid arthritis apart from raw food, or maybe a special kind of raw that could help her? Or any kind of alternativ or natural medicin?

Please pray for her and send some healing to her if you can and want. :)

Thank You!

Green love and raw power!

Hello Pierre,
A wonderful "cure" for RA is the MMS (Miracle Mineral Supplement). I take it every day, but it only took 2 days for all my pain and swelling to disappear! Great stuff. Good Luck. Watch the video and read everything written. Really works.

Pierre, I can feel your wife's pain because I also have RA.
The thing that has worked best for me is doing the Master Cleanse. The MC gives the body a chance to rest from digesting and work on healing. I was able to elimate about 85% of my pain with a 10 day Master Cleanse.
Now I am on a high green, low fruit diet that seems to keep almost all the pain away.

Also eating mono meals can be a good way to help the body to heal. I also found that swimming every day for 30 minutes to an hour also gave me great relief.
I will pray for your wife and wish healing her way.

i'll chime in for getting shiatsu treatments along with her dietary awareness--and not just because i do it for a living. find a therapist who is able to work with her, rather than being all about the theory and ideas behind it too...

wishing all the best to you and your wife!

like Rawzi said.... avoid the nightshade plants..they can be extremely inflammatory to people with RA. Tomatoes, white potatoes (sweet potatoes okay) all peppers, including spices like paprika... (white and black peppercorns okay), eggplant, gogi berries, aka wolfberries.

I didn't know gojis were nightshade family! Learn something new every day!

Thank You all for your comments. Really glad that so many of you had some ideas what to do. I'll convey them all to her. Seems like JMT doesn't exist in Sweden unfortunately.

Peace and blessings!

Hi Pierre,

I hope your wife finds some relief soon.

I don't have RA, but from a very early age (10 years) I had a form of arthritis (the diagnosis was vaguely either chronic juvenile or poly arthritis). I was told it would gradually get worse with age as my joints seem predisposed to arthritis.

I went vegan and the arthritis improved, then I went high raw and there was further improvements.

But it wasn't until I went 100% raw that I saw the most amazing effects. I now have flexibility that I've not known since early childhood! And stiffness and pain are virtually gone.

I can't recommend 100% highly enough, even if it's just for a couple of months at a time.

These are just my thoughts. Once again, hope she finds some relief soon. :)

We're both slowly transitioning to a 100% diet. Currently we're at 85-95% maybe.

How long did i take as a raw vegan until you noticed effects? I've read somewhere on the Net that it takes up until a year of raw before it reduces the RA.

My doctor has healed quite a few people of RA by putting them on a juice cleanse - fasting on juice (with lots of green juice) and some clear vegetable broth - all strained very well through fine cloth-, along with daily enemas. For severe cases he got them to do 90 days, but then they were off their medication if they stayed high raw vegan when they started eating again. There may be someone who can supervise your wife to do a similar sort of cleanse. I did a 53 day one and had some difficult times during the fast but feel great now it's over.

the enemas were just during the fast, they weren't my favourite thing and I'm happy not to have to do them anymore, LOL!. I didn't do the fast for RA, just for general health, but have heard some of the people who have recovered speak and it is amazing that something so simple is so effective.

She will start a fast in a couple of days. Any book and/or site you recommend?

And they are raw?? I feel like I have seen them at TJ's but for some reason I did not think they were raw. This is exciting. That sounds so good right now.

I do like the Violent Femmes but I think that is too pessimistic. Nihilistic hard driving folk.

I have not used the stuff for years, it gives me heart palpitations. but when I did use the stuff my 1st choice was liquid (especially the flavored ones they have like toffee) 2nd choice: white, which is more processed, but I can not even stomach ...
