I've had a few situations with RawZi where I've asked her to tone down her language on this site and be more respectful of other members.
Recently though she posted this note to another member in a thread:
"Is your face so red from thyroid imbalance and or high blood pressure? The white under the eyes is adrenal, right? Not to pick on you, but the face can give clues as to temprament, and I was thinking of your words I'm responding to Ann: calm, rational and healthy."
No mater how helpful RawZi is to other members, this language and talk does not fly.
This is clearly a personal attack and not allowed on this site.
Do I recognize how helpful RawZi has been to other members? Yes! Belive me, I get emails all the time of people saying "Don't ban RawZi" I think I've got 7 to date.
They did make a difference the first time RawZi and I talked over email. But this time I felt this comment was a slap in my face after I had clearly told RawZi that acting like this is not cool.
I just got one from a good friend even that I'll post below. But one thing I want to be very clear about it, not matter how helpful you are to other members, language like this doesn't fly at all what so ever.
I wish RawZi the best and I really have no ill will to her. I just want to be clear to her and other members that the most important thing for me here at GI2MR is to set an appropriate culture, and a lot of that has to do with making sure people feel safe to share.
I know RawZi has other accounts here on the site, although I do not know what they are, but I can't really do much about that unless someone else comes forward or there is another violation.
Here is the recent message I got from a close friend:
On a totally unrelated subject... I was on the GITMR site yesterday and saw on Rawzi's page that you had asked her to leave.
I don't know what's going on and i certainly don't want to intrude, but she has been nothing but helpful every time I ask a question, and seems to be a very informed person.I perceive her to be a very nice and kind person that really likes to share what she knows and is very much into the subject.
I'm not sure if what I'm saying will help the cause, but I would sure miss her presence if she were gone, in other words, I really hope she can stay :-)
