I just like to stuff leafy greens (romaine or collards usually) with tons of yummies like guac, tomato, cucumber, sprouts, spinach, carrots, bell peppers... mmmm
I usually use whatever I've got in the fridge. Greens, bell peppers, avocado, mushrooms, tomato, cucumber, loadsa sprouts, spring onion/scallion,coriander/cilantro or parsley ... sometimes I add raw mayo made from cashew, lemon juice, water, garlic, salt&pepper.....wrap up and eat :) yummy....
yesterday I made red cabbage salad (red cabbage finnely sliced, ACV/lemon juice, little olive oil, carraway seeds, little salt, pepper - best to let it wilt for couple of hours-the cabbage will become more tender) and ate it in a wrap with spinach, the colours looked b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l ! =)
I usually use romaine lettuce and wrap them up with hummus and veggies...however, I"m looking for a dehydrated type wrap :) You all are just making me hungry though!! Great ideas!
Have you tried making wraps as a dessert? Lettuce leaves (or what you have) with sliced bananas, mango cubes, dates, grapes etc. maybe with a light sprinkle of nuts or perhaps cinnamon.
How about this: Romaine lettuce with avocados and cherry tomatoes? I LOVE avocados and having them in a wrap just makes my mouth water. You can also chop up some garlic cloves and throw those in there. I heard some people put in some lime juice (drops) - haven't tried that yet but I already can tell it'd taste really good.
I usually line raw nori with green leaf lettuce then add carrots (sliced with the mandolin), cucumber, a little avocado, sprouts, bell pepper or whatever veg I have in the fridge. Then I seal the nori with soy sauce just for a little flavor

I'm not going to comment on climate change. But i will comment on carbon trading. Because they can produce such a consciousness of fear out of global warming - they are able to manipulate markets much more severely - and they seem to get away with...
