I just like to stuff leafy greens (romaine or collards usually) with tons of yummies like guac, tomato, cucumber, sprouts, spinach, carrots, bell peppers... mmmm

Can do a pate with bean sprouts and/or nuts and seeds (depending on if you want fat), plus any veggies you want. I blended up spices with kale stalks (which made a good base) and used that as pate as well.

I usually use whatever I've got in the fridge. Greens, bell peppers, avocado, mushrooms, tomato, cucumber, loadsa sprouts, spring onion/scallion,coriander/cilantro or parsley ... sometimes I add raw mayo made from cashew, lemon juice, water, garlic, salt&pepper.....wrap up and eat :) yummy....
yesterday I made red cabbage salad (red cabbage finnely sliced, ACV/lemon juice, little olive oil, carraway seeds, little salt, pepper - best to let it wilt for couple of hours-the cabbage will become more tender) and ate it in a wrap with spinach, the colours looked b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l ! =)

Large collard greens stuffed with avocado slices, dulse, spirulina, mixed greens, and... basil! My god do I love basil :)

I usually use romaine lettuce and wrap them up with hummus and veggies...however, I"m looking for a dehydrated type wrap :) You all are just making me hungry though!! Great ideas!

Soak flax seed with minimal water and spices, blend, dehydrate. If you take it out before it becomes too crispy (easy to do, you don't have to wait as long), it will wrap nicely.

Could also make a tortilla out of sprouted kamut you process.

thanks! Should I add anything like I do when I make crackers (red peppers, lemon juice, tomato)?

I bet you could if you blended it all. It ends up more flexible if you blend it first and flax is such a great binder, I bet it can handle the veggies. Let us know how it goes!

will do, I'll prob do something with them tomorrow!

Have you tried making wraps as a dessert? Lettuce leaves (or what you have) with sliced bananas, mango cubes, dates, grapes etc. maybe with a light sprinkle of nuts or perhaps cinnamon.

Wild chimps don't seem to have have teeth problems until their 30s, which is very old for a chimp.

Thanks Pontus. Part of that quote was actually going through my head after I finished writing this, but I hadn't read the whole thing. Excellent.

Its good to see you on here too! I'm enjoying the hot Yukon summer sun, getting ready to head south to a music festival called Shambhalla, and settling in Vancouver(maybe) to continue pursuing music. I might go back to school for it,, and theatre....
