This might sound weird, but sometimes I have a massive craving for tikka or korma dishes. Does anyone have any raw recipes for indian dishes? A shot in the dark maybe lol.

Surely you could use coconut milk and whatever spices go into a tikka/korma? Then just some sprouted pulses and veg. Probably wouldnt be very nice unless you used a dehydrator to soften the veg though.
Blend some zucchini with pine nuts, tomato and cumin, coriander, paprika, coconut oil, sea salt. Add a few carraway seeds if you have them. Serve with flax crackers or flat bread.

Soaking might help, I really don't know for sure. My father eats soaked dried chestnuts. The dried ones are really hard and they get a little bit softer when soaking them, but they are'nt as sweet soaked.
