Give it to me Raw

This might sound weird, but sometimes I have a massive craving for tikka or korma dishes. Does anyone have any raw recipes for indian dishes? A shot in the dark maybe lol.

Surely you could use coconut milk and whatever spices go into a tikka/korma? Then just some sprouted pulses and veg. Probably wouldnt be very nice unless you used a dehydrator to soften the veg though.

Go ask him: Rishi Kumar
Has a good - and quick - Malai Kofta recipe, maybe can conjure tikka, too.
I'd also be interested.

Blend some zucchini with pine nuts, tomato and cumin, coriander, paprika, coconut oil, sea salt. Add a few carraway seeds if you have them. Serve with flax crackers or flat bread.

Soaking might help, I really don't know for sure. My father eats soaked dried chestnuts. The dried ones are really hard and they get a little bit softer when soaking them, but they are'nt as sweet soaked.

This is what my mom recommends too. The thing is I live in a high-rise building in NYC, so I'm definetely not "grounded". The grounding bed technology makes sense, but it doesn't feel natural to me. Has anyone tried it? Did you notice any changes...

Would soaking them help? I've read that nuts in general has alot of anti-nutrients & soaking is always suggested.
