Give it to me Raw

I have some moderate aspirations to be a catalouge model someday...and I'm wondering if there's a lot of raw models here? What are your excersise routines? What do you find are the most beautifying foods that work for you? Or raw beauty treatments...? Tell me all your juicy secrets. :)

for me my skin is GREAT if i'm drinking tons of green juice, eating lots of greens, and doing colonics.

Running is a great excersice alone! buut if you want tone muscles and definition or a sexy body, pilates will help :)
Zumba comes from the Samba which are the worlds recognized ritual music and dance made in Brasil (carnivals).
If you cant run that much and feel that you need more cardio, Zumba classes are great; you will be burning lots of calories.
Zumba is a dance class where you combine samba and latin rythms and moves with some low and high impact aerobics. Zamba music has great beats for dancing and if you´re one of those persons who gets bored easily at the gym or in yoga and pilates class, this class will keep you awake and interested. Beside being benefitial to the body, dancing is great for mental wellness and for the spirit.

I actually do pilates...and am learning that I do like it. Zumba sounds interesting, but doesn't quite appeal to me. lol Thanks. :) Do like your ideas.

I love Zumba! I need to get back into it but can't afford a gym membership so there goes my Zumba classes. Maybe I can talk my boo into buying me the dvds.

I have been doing modeling since 14, when I went raw I was not focusing on modeling biz at all, but for some reason ( must be the infamous glow) i started getting a lot of interest again.
Excersise routine : rebounder sprints twice a day, gym 5 time s a week, yoga ( hot and power) everyday, lots of walking.
Juice fasting works great to keep the skin glowing for sure and lots of EFA's. High quality alkaline water ( I use Kangen and swear by it) is also a huge factor in looking great.
Raw beauty treatments - hair masque mashed avocado and high quality conditioner. Face - use all sorts of berries and cucumber masks, body - honey scrub with cacao nibs and kosher salt. Coconut oil is a staple for me as well .
The juiciest secret is be of service and have a great attitude towards life - shows on pictures :-)
