Raw Blueberry Pie Recipe ~

Crust:
1 Cup - Whole raw walnuts
1/2 Cup - Pitted Dates
1 Tsp - Organic Vanilla
1/2 Tsp - Organic ground Cinnamon
Pinch of Celtic salt

Food process ingredients in order to press into a glass pie dish.
Press into glass pie dish and put into the Fridge to harden.

Filling:
4 Cups - Organic fresh Blueberries
1 TBS - Agave Nectar

Puree filling ingredients in food processor.
Pour into chilled crust: Chill filled pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

It is really good. You can also use frozen organic blueberries if you can't find fresh. Let me know how it turns out for you.

Have you ever tried this with frozen blueberries or any other frozen fruits.
How about papaya? I just move to Maui 3 weeks ago! I have a birthday cake
I need to make by friday for a non raw foodist!

I have used defrosted blueberries . . works best when they are chilled. Havent used papaya . . throw some in a blender with the agave and see if it sets up in the fridge first. Let me know. That might be great!

I love apples too! I made a "killer-Raw-Apple-Pie" last week, with different kind of apples in it. It was so good I can't stop thinking about it. The panda-bear in the pic is soooo cute! Did you take the picture yourself?
