Give it to me Raw

Hello beautiful peoples!

I am so enjoying finally enjoying green juices! Keeping it really simple, with cucumber, celery, lime/lemon, ginger and any green leaves I have at hand.
I'm just wondering, are grapefruits good to mix? Which vegetables and fruits should not be mixed in juices?
I'm avoiding overly sweet fruits in my juices anyway, but I'm curious to know a little more about juice ingredients combining:).

Thank you all for your time, you are inspirations to me daily!

love and delight
Nate

I'm not sure, but I think I remember reading something about it being more to do the fibres with combining problems, so juice combos are ok. Perhaps somewhere on the juicefeasting site.

You can combine any food in my experience and the dialectical arguments for combining any food are pretty logical. Hit me up for the reasons if you want.

reasons and explanations are always welcome:)

some scientist did a test, in a book i read - milk and eggs was the only suspect thing.

but combining heaps of foods together might be less desirable.

i'll get find the book tomorrow. it was too logical.

I actually prefer to drink grapefruit juice by itself when I juice only because it tastes so freakin good. but i'm gonna try grapefruit/cucumber/celery/lemon tonight! I think it would be fabulous!!! are you juice feasting?? mmmm, I do indeed delightfully devour delectable grapefruit juice at every opportunity;).
Not doing any specific juice feast, have just really not been feeling like many solids lately, so lots of smoothies and green juices...which is definitely nothing to complain about, haha!
try this one my friends came up with, if the pear isn't too sweet:)
2 pears
2 grapefruits
10 or 20 radishes (that's a guess, I just throw heaps in!)

PS: enjoy the feasting! :)
