Interesting smoothie. Did you think of it yourself or did you get it from somewhere else? My husband made a basic pumpkin pie smoothie a couple of weeks ago. It' was really good.

Curtis, why did you not use raw pumpkin? I found some pie pumpkins at the co-op yesterday and am looking forward to some pumpkin pie smoothies this week. I made Cafe Gratitudes pumpkin pie the other day and there was extra filling that I drank as a smoothie. It was fantastic.
Thanks for sharing. I was just curious why you used canned instead of raw.

You can use raw pumpkin. I was trying to make the dish easy for people so I recommended canned pumpkin but raw pumpkin is better especially due to the chemicals used in canned food linings. Thanks for checking out my posts, peace.
