I've noticed Richard Blackman has left the group. I think he was the only liquitarian/breatharian we had.

HRM has lectured at the raw spirit and across the country. I've been meaning to ask him about the NASA space study involving him. Even if it is true he probably had to sign a nondiscloser because this could hurt the revenue and power of the government. It was being talked about in Australia Sydney Morning Herald according to my friend there. An Indian study was done. His web site doesn't mention the NASA study.

Jasmuheen
More controversy surrounds Jasmuheen. She may be a very light eater, I forgot what she said during the lecture. She says around 70 live in Brazil in a town and many more live in Germany. She doesn't like to give the whereabouts to everyone because they don't want a lot of dumb tourists asking them questions. She says the Brazilians are responsive. I saw her speak for many hours in Santa Barbara this year. Her eyes look great but she has recently gained weight which she says was done through thought and not food so she wouldn't get so much attention for being skinny. She is pro colonics to help clean you out first.

David Jubb
He's another light eater. He's been seen eating pizza sometimes. Had a problem with coffee for a while he says. Had or has a weekly tv show in manhattan. He eats the equivalent of one slice of bread in calories per week. I think it varies based on his look though. He is anti-waterfasting, anti-juice fasting and anti-colonics. I'm pretty sure he waterfasts though.

Matthew Sweeney
Famous Ashtanga yoga instructor. He told me after class that he hung out with a couple breatharians near Cairns in the forest. He brought them into the city and he said they got very uncomfortable especially around food.

I think most of the rawfood experts agree that this can be done with much caution and emphasis on clean air. Fred Bisci, Matthew Monarch, David Jubb, Mike Perrine, Gil Jacobs talks about it often. If you go too fast you could lose muscle mass, drown in your unremoved toxins and possibly die like an anorexic. Green juice and colonics will involve no muscle loss according to the gurus in NYC. Mathew Monarch and Jasmuheen probably have the best books on this. Jasmuheen takes a much more spiritual approach.

I think it would be fun to get one of the Germans or Brazilians to venture there and report back if we get the address. We need a volunteer.

You might add Joachim M.Werdin to the list. I found his book of value:

After 6.5 days on water only, I decided breatharianism wasn't for me as a full time diet. Strangely, for spiritual reasons. I like the idea of being a breatharian for survival reasons OR for specific spiritual reasons, and certainly like the idea of being able to CHOOSE whether or not to eat, but I've found that taste creates sensations which create brain patterns which influence our view of life and how we think and act. While I enjoyed the 6.5 days, and connected on spiritual levels hitherto unknown or experienced before, I found my view of life and the words coming out of my mouth to become monotonous. I like spice, variety, new sensations and feelings. You don't HAVE to use food to get this, but there is an aspect I just don't think you can get without it. To me breatharianism = a monotonous diet that produces a monotonous life. It's a good monotony, but not what I want 100% of the time. I do want to keep upping it though until I can go months or years without food. I will always come back to food though . . .

Thanks for the book. I know what you're saying. I think the toxins could take a lot longer than 7 days to exit. These toxins could be ruining the experience. Elaine love said she tried it for an undefined time period. She said she had less interests in her girlfriends conversations, couldn't relate. She said she started eating again for social reasons. We could very well need it for survival reasons. Exercise like Phill said could help the flatness of the diet. I noticed after 7 days of water that nothing really bothered be. You could say anything and it wouldn't hurt me. I've seen some green juicers that are very high energy and rapid fire talking but they also exercise a lot too I think. I wonder if green juice is hard on the pancreas long term with all the sugars.

Yes, I failed to mention detox. Another reason to go w/o food. I felt much purer and in touch while doing it. I am sorry if I came across negative. It was a positive experience, but just as I like apples, I don't just want to eat apples. It was an experience I enjoyed, but not that I want to live on. If others want to, go for it.

I have also listened to Jasmuheen (at RS two years ago). And while I loved what she had to say, it became monotonous after 5 hours. I sensed that the diet was the reason. Food has a consciousness which affects our consciousness . . .

Yes, LOTS of positives for doing it. I recommend everyone do it. I just don't think it's the *ideal* lifestyle that it is marketed to be . . . .

If i was to aim at this physically wholeheartedly id be working out like Jericho Sunfire.
It will expand all of the neurology nessesary to conduct the energy thouroughly.

Spiritually my approach is simple but like anything takes alot of dedication. Be empty and in the middle of something in which you establish some kind of trinity. Earth & sky. Moon, sun, venus, certian stars whatever :). Basically establishing the polarity of energy flow between the void & the light.

Like with anything you come to it when youre ready, you dont force a belief system upon your body if you havent got the nessesary experiences to make it workable. Thats why im not being&doing alot of things.

I did a little research on Richard Blackman(Jericho Sunfire). He was fruitarian and switched to breatharian. Check out his sun and moon report Aries with a capricorn moon with 3 other major planets in Aries(fire). He has sun square moon which means his parents were ill suited and this can create a lot of drive.

1-10 Aries/Capricorn
The combination of your Sun sign and your Moon sign blend the attributes of the Ram (Aries) and the Goat (Capricorn), equipping you well for the task of battering and climbing. This position gives natural talents for managing and directing as the driving force of Aries is tempered with the persistence and deliberate judgment of Capricorn. You have an inner drive for success that is rarely equaled. There are also very definite ideas about where you are going and how you are going to get there; and you're not one to let anything stand in your way. In many ways you are an opportunist who knows how to judge people, spot problem people, and problem situations, before they get the upper hand. You may not get to your goals as quickly as many fellow Aries, since avoiding the pitfalls and waiting for the chance that is really what you want. This is a strength that other Aries may not possess. Nonetheless, your drive is always hard, and fast, compared to normal standards. Though you are full of energy and determination, and you seem to waste very little of these on nonproductive activities. You seem to know how to direct your efforts to get what you want. Being a very worldly person, fame and recognition are your top priorities or at least very near the top. You will give up a lot in a personal sense for success. You may make a good spouse, but marriage is not likely to be all important in your life, but rather an event. The career may be foolishly placed ahead of family. Your intellect is not unsound, but abstract knowledge or knowledge for its own sake, holds little appeal to you. Common sense seems much more valuable so far as you are concerned.

Nice to know.. lol. Do you two practice conscious breathing all the time regardless of breatharian desires?

Reply to This

during yoga yes. I just got Jasmuheens love breath CD in the mail. It's pretty good. I'm not very disciplined about it. She makes it sounds like a big part of it. I've been more focused on cleansing.

Great! :) You do what you can.. :) Ive built in a habit of focusing on my feet all the time which is like unconscious mind. This is like grounding. Its much easier & rewarding in a different way to do it physically, going barefoot, but energetically im always learning something from doing this in a wide variety of situations. Breathing is the next step for me because it makes me really aware of my thoughts & if theyre not particularly mine. So so far, by going raw, ive covered the physical body, energetically/unconscious/emotional through feelings, conscious mind im working on now with breathing & the combination of all that is empowering to make the connection to my higher conscious mind & i am becoming more & more lucid of feeling connected with everything & being conscious of everything as individual parts, im seeing more energy/light everyday & through these experiences have gained alot of behavioural flexability, am able to get more information out of every moment when specifically conscious of the now moment type thing, Its just great. & So im not working towards breatharianism for the sake of breatharianism, but more so am joining in this thread because its an eventual evolution of the path im on now.

jashmusheen, hrm, wiley brooks all admit to eating food on their website. NOBODY IS BREAHTARIAN nor claims that 100%.

dr david jubb smokes cigarettes and eats a shit load of cooked food, just look as his belly. :) and give him an email.

sapoty brook eats cooked food.

jashmusheen is fat from 'light'? if someone is that naive, they deserve to be ripped off by her! lol!

PEOPLE DIE TRYING TO BE A BREATHARIAN. THE LUCKY ONES END UP IN A MENTAL WARD AND THE LUCKIEST ONES JUST END UP BINGING ON COOKED FOOD AND LIVING A LIFE WHERE FOOD IS THE ENEMY.

please folk, lets get real and give sound advice. peoples lives depend on it.

read 811 by dr doug graham. nobody in the raw movement today has directly coached and healed more people.
