Does anyone know why most of us dont eat the seeds inside a pepper (red, yellow, green or orange) I have been asked this question and I don't know the answer.. I just scoop them out cos that's what one does - right ? Any ideas ?

i always eat the seeds in bell peppers. i just don't really scoop them out. someone told me a long time ago to eat the seeds of things when you can, and the bell pepper ones are so soft i don't notice them.
oh what a funny question- your right it is just what we do! I have no idea why.
