Give it to me Raw

Look at the picture. Can you recongnise the resemblance. She is Ida, your grand grand grand... mother, only about 47 million years ago. The fossil was so clear that they could identify her last meal. Guess what! She was on 80/10/10.

Considering that they have found primates much closer to us in Africa, I seriously doubt she sheds much light on our diet. A great find though! It's amazing that her stomach contents were still there!

It was not a surprise that she was eating fruits and greens, All lemurs do. The big discovery is that we realy came from a lemur-like creature.

Umm...that's still being debated. It's called peer-review for a reason and so far this hypothesis hasn't stood up. I was a big fan of the aquatic ape hypothesis, but I have accepted that is hasn't stood that test either.

True, but the evidence from different sources, DNA, anatomy, and now fossils all indicate that apes came from lemurs and we came from apes
