Organic Banana Peelz :)
I have some really ripe bananas right now. They are a bit difficult to peel because the skin is so soft. They smell amazing! Perfectly ripe. :)
Well,.. today I put two of them skin still on (but I cut the ends off) into the blender to make a smoothie. It tasted OK.
Does anyone know if the skin is good for you? Most animals eat them with the skin, don't they?

Did you feel ok after you ate it? No tummy ache or anything? I have no idea if its good for you but I've seen monkeys do it for sure!

I felt great. :) Really energized. I went to yoga that same day at 8pm and did all sorts of bending with no discomfort. Usually if people have digestion issues their hamstrings get/feel tight, but mine felt flexible in class.

hahahahah! Oh no he peeled it!! I could have sworn I've seen them eat the whole dang thing. When I googled it, I learned that other people do eat the peels on purpose and that you can smoke banana peels to get high. HAHA. People will smoke anything...at least it's raw lol

Sometimes I keep my lemon peels in the kitchen because they smell good.
Last summer I saved all of my fruit seeds. Even exotic fruits. I threw them in some potted soil and now things are going there. I have little shoots and leaves coming up. I have no idea what is growing because I threw all sorts of seeds in there. For all I know it could be a durian tree!!
