Give it to me Raw

dinner: raw pumpkin,squash and sweet potato marinated with loads of garlic,olive oil,sundried tomatoes, tomatoes, herbs. together with salad(avo,sesame,sunflower seeds and sprouts++)
then some choko with goji,maca and chili.

suddenly my stomach was a mess. no further details... x_O

i'm new to raw food, so i'm not sure of what you can and what you should not eat in raw form. anyone know where i went wrong? too much fat? or was it the marinated vegetables? or too much garlic??

nah. it wouldn't hurt to much if i took the ride. like hour and a half with train. it would be good for me, her and luna,the 4yr old.
but, struggeling with some nice mix of chronic fatigue, depression and anxiety, i haven't been able to or wanting to do things that require anything from me.oh well. off topic here.

i'll take my lession from this. and now i'll drink my algeas and make my betejuice. and maybe eat something som marte doesn't get angry with me:D

im confused. matt monarch swears by regular colonic hydrotherapy. its his no.1 raw tip, didn't think it could be dangerous but now it kind of makes sense. enemas seem much more natural in comparison.

I've heard great, great things about Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in Fort Bragg, CA. I know that isn't really in the Los Angeles area, but it's still in CA and I believe they provide students the option to stay in their 'Living Light Inn'....

can u help me with my postures when u run your raw-community? i do yoga, but not regularly, and my flexibility isnt that great. my breathing capacity is great, and thats the only thing good.

things that have actually worked for me: Valerian root for tea - very calming... Lemon juice, sliced lemon peel, lemon grass or lemon verbina, raw honey, star anise (optional), maybe some ginger, hot water (let it all infuse together for a while) ...
