Give it to me Raw

Can anyone guide me as to what this actually is? How it works? Do any of you do this? If so, how often? What health benefits have you acquired through doing so?

Yes- raw pulling is a very simple process thought to help you pull toxins from your mouth, which is the 'first stop' for all foods that go into your body, and can often harbour a lot more dodgy toxins than are taken care of by regular tooth cleaning. So essentially it is a detoxifier.

The preferred oil is Sunflower Oil which, theoretically does not have to be organic- but I prefer to use this. You take a tablespoon of oil in your mouth and swish it back and forth vigorously for at least 3 minutes to start with- although ideally you keep going for 15. NEVER SWALLOW the oil as it becomes a soup of toxins drawn out from the mouth. When you are done the oil should look like a pale yellow milk- then spit it out and rinse your mouth out a lot with water and clean your teeth.

First thing in the morning and last thing at night is recommended- with a stint of about 30 days for kick off.

Being a creature of no particular consistent habit, I have done this sporadically. I also recommended it to a friend of mine who had raging bleeding gum problems and abcesses- as well as the most dodgy diet you can think of- and he was completely AMAZED by how his mouth problems cleared up in days.

You can find out a lot more in detail by googling 'Oil Pulling'- it's hard work on the face to begin with, and tricky to keep it in your mouth if your friends are goofing about- but apart from the detoxifying- it is a great toner for face muscles.

I was at a red light. Same thing also happened to me when Rudy Guiliani crossed in front of my car. Hitting the gas did occur to me for a second or two.

Sure, too much fat is bad for the liver. But fat isn't per se bad for the liver, is it? Not only in 811 but also other people say to limit the fat but maybe raw plant fat helps to flush out some stuff out of the liver? When you've been on a fat fr...

Think more systematically. Instead of thinking of it meaning a problem like 'weak liver' it may mean, time to fast. Think of it as more like youre body is undergoing a load of eliminating stuff all at once. (and in this case perhaps, too fast(this...
