Give it to me Raw

i had some steamed veg last night and this morning i was feeling appropriately angry about my ex-BF.
i then had my green smoothie and now i am chilled and going back to feeling baffled about the relationship.
i have read that women will often supress their anger, and substitute it with confusion, and bewilderment.
but raw is making me mellow...
Does anyone else have trouble feeling angry?

i then had my green smoothie and now i am chilled and going back to feeling baffled about the whole thing. Maybe cause you ate something at that particular time, you mellowed out. Food is comforting. Also, some people claim they feel more mellow overall following a raw diet.

yes, raw is a strange mix of being mellow AND bubbling over with so much emotion.

nope no trouble with that at all, hehe. i get irate about all kinds of stuff, anger is healthy i dont mind it, most times i enjoy it.

Yes. Anger is better than despair so feel it. But not better than contentment.

When I tried juice feasting it seemed like i was always on edge. I was blowing up at my kids all the time. I thought I should feel mellow, but I was edgy. I think i feel bettere with more fat.

i find that i get spacey/calm after eating avocado (or is it the sprouts i add on top).
its the high fruit V high fat diet!

i dont get angry often. But i was very angry today. So no, i think that we are more at peace with ourselves and the world and are able to rationalize better, but its only natrual to get angry, its a sign of self preservation.

Yes. It cost me tens of thousands of dollars and more than a year of my life. I think it's got something to do with excess copper, inadequate zinc but I just pieced that together based on what i read after my own experiences.

full moon tonight, always causes disruption to emotions in some way or another...i mean the moon controls the tides, that is all the water on earth and we are mainly made up of water so the moon is deffo going to effect us in some way. I always notice it, sometimes positive, sometimes negative. I feel it is possible to have emotional roller coaster but stay a detatched and content as well. Kind of being there with it but not fully in it.
