there is something so magical about opening the chakras and absorbing sacred energy at the brightest hour! it's like the grounding sensation when we remove our socks, uniting feet and earth but on a body, mind, spirit level. removing veils (physical and emotional) liberates the perception of separation. fill yourself up with the joy to the songs and hues of natures musical!

I would ask him if he is interested in making a dietary change and if he shows interest then that's great! If not, be a shining example of health and hopefully one day he will come around. He has to do it when he is ready otherwise he will feel it...
