I use baking soda every time I shower. Make sure you get one that's aluminum free!

I've been no poo for a year. I love it. My hair is easy to manage and beautiful, soft and silky. It's curlier then ever. It is more like an animals coat. I like that.

I rinse it with water like every four days or so. Sometimes more often if I sweat a lot.

am I the only one who hates that term? lol...

I admit when I read 'no poo' sometimes I think the thread is gonna be about some toilet action.

So... are you disappointed?

Not really disappointed. Glad to see I can be taken by surprise.

Ha! And here I thought it was about poo-poo not shampoo :0) I've been warped by previous topics, obviously.

I would love to try baking soda to wash my hair, what do I do with it? How much apple cider vinegar do you use?

I have used baking soda mixed with water to exfoliate my skin before.
