Just bought a fab new juicer so I am jazzed to start this juicing adventure. Need to do something to jump-start my raw lifestyle. I think juice is the thing to do. Does anybody have any fabulous and useful tips or warnings regarding juice feasting? I hope to lose a bit of chunkiness while doing this as well. Thanks
Try a head of romaine lettuce, 5-6 stalks kale, 1 large fuji apple, and 1 lemon for Green Lemonade. This recipe is from Natalia Rose's Raw Food Detox Diet and its so tasty and filling and awesome. I drink it most days. Enjoy.

dont dont dont do too much fruit juice just by itself. and if you do make it one fruit at a time. the best is to mix one fruit with greens.
root veggies like carrots and beats are just as high in sugar.
my fav juice is orange, dill and ginger.
still at the juicing. lots and lots of juice. still eating some food too though. good vegan clean food though. probably 75 percent raw. maybe smaller steps will last longer for me. that's what i am hoping. i want to work towards and all juice feast.
