I've been eating A LOT of fruit lately, sometimes that's all I eat in a day. I used to drink a lot of milk and have never had a cavity or any tooth problems, but my teeth aren't looking too strong the last few days! They even hurt a little bit today when I drank some peppermint tea. Has anyone had a similar experience after going raw? Can someone tell me some good dental health foods? I really don't wanna go back to drinking milk because I actually don't like the taste anymore after going raw. Thanks in advance!

I find that if I slip into simply eating high fruit and not enough greens for a period of time I can see some differences in my teeth in the following weeks. Eating greens for me fixes the problem. You might want to buy a green powder (like barely or wheat grass), mix it with water and drink your water in this way. I try to drink a green smoothie every couple of days.
I've some to the conclusion that it's not the high fruit diet that causes problems in teeth, but the lack of enough greens in a high fruit diet.
Poor teeth are always the outward sign of other types of degeneration in the body. I suggest the book "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston A Price. He was a dentist in the 1930's observed primitive peoples and wrote that they had perfect cranial facial structures and almost complete immunity to tooth decay and disease only while on they're native diets but experienced maldevelopment, disease and tooth decay once refined foods were intoduced, just like agricultural people and civilisation. As I previously mentioned, even Doug Graham says his daughter had "crumbly teeth". Im not baggin on him its just how it is. William Campbell Douglas, MD says that Peublo Indians have highest rate of tooth decay eating mostly corns, beans, and squash. It seems to be not only a problem of refined foods(white flour, table sugar, etc.) but also just bad diets in general. The primitives experience optimal health despite making no attempt to clean they're teeth. In short, tooth decay and disease are by these observations caused by nutritional deficiency and/or toxicity(Dr. Melvin Page of Florida demonstrated in numerous studies that sugar consumption causes phosphorus levels to drop and calcium to rise. Calcium rises because it is pulled from the teeth and the bones. The drop in Phosphorus hinders the absorption of this calcium, making unusable and therefore toxic.)
I never brush my teeth, I eat little greens(if I can afford them) and my teeth get white and strong without these things.
I don't believe in the bacteria linked to tooth decay theory eathier. I suggest doing some research, particularly into bacteria. I have found the theory doas not hold up or make sense. This is my personal thought, however, just the tip of the iceberg. If we are made for a food than why would it rot our teeth? It doasn't look like a very accurate image the idea that our ancestors were brushing they're teeth twice a day and drinking through straws.
Sugar consumption causes tooth decay not because it promotes bacterial growth in the mouth, as most dentists believe, but because it alters the internal body chemistry.
Poor teeth are always the outward signs of other types of degeneration in the body, degeneration that cannot be reparied by brushing.
My opinion based on my research is I think it is quite clear that tooth decay is caused by toxicity and malnutrition.
Yeah
I have a friend from India who has such beautiful white teeth structure and everything and yet told me she likes junk food. haha
But I dont know how much junk she actually eats, could be a small quantity out of her total dietary regime.
Fast food is not as refined or horrid as people make it sound, there is quite a selection, however nothing organic that I have ever seen. What doas he eat, like white flour pancakes, fries and soda or like chicken salads, cheeseburgers, fruit cups, bottled water?
I feel I have to look deeply, not thinking about in idealogy or about time or money or anything, to really find things out. Could be something hard to detect happening that we misinterpret or whatnot.
I just learnt that;
The kinds of foods we become obsessed with are also created by the food manufacturer and restaurants to elicit an emotional response by triggering dopamine in the brain. When our opiate centers are stimulated with high sugar, h...
