My best friend just had gastric bypass surgery on Monday
She'll be on liquids for two weeks.
She has a juicer that hasn't been broken in yet, so i'm going over on Frid to break it in.
Do any of you have any great simple juice recipes that you'd like to share?

To be honest SV I never thought she'd go that route until she told me and when she shared it with me I asked her if she did before(lost weight) she could probably do again. Her words were that she can't she's been trying so hard, I guess mentally it just isn't there. She's 45 yrs young.

sounds like she has a lot of struggles physically. Thank goodness she has you for a friend. Maybe she'll get her weight down to where she wants with the surgery and feel so much better she'll embrace healthy eating ;) The juicing is a great start. The last thing she needs is her best mate to be judgemental about her choices, you sound like a great mate to have.
