Give it to me Raw

Do you take MSM?

Have you seen any physical changes produced by MSM?

Please share :)

It sounds like a great, useful supplement. I read the below article and am deciding if I should add it to my lifestyle.

Thank you for any and all help!

I started doing this because of you! I haven't been doing it consistently, yet, but i do notice when i put it on my gums they become less sensitive when I brush them or eat sugary foods.

msm definitely with continued use gives me more flexibility! people tend to diss msm but it really gets results from what i've heard. people also diss david wolfe alot but one thing he has right is the importance of MINERALISATION. neet you've inspired me to keep using it regularly. i just tend not to when i don't have good spring water to have it with. gew need to order spring water and stop drinking tap water asap!!

The miracle of msm is a great book to read.

It is amazing the amount of things that msm helps with.

Currently helping me with my carpal tunnel.
I take about 10 grams a day.
2-8 grams for most is plenty to feel benefits.

Yowsa, I wish peopers would translate grams into teaspoons,

Water into wine,

That sort of thang.

The Lord of Heavens awaits me.

Coming!!!

YB, based upon the above referenced book...1 teaspoon of msm equates to 4grams. Hope this helps. So, one tablespoon would be 12 grams.

Chicory, I was reading a link earlier today...can't remember where...but the lady was taking MSM at first and it did the same thing. Then over time that reaction slowed down and disappeared. She attributed it to the toxins being dumped into her bloodstream from the detox...Funny how everything is attributed to detox.

I started taking MSM and I don't have that issue. Odd.
