Tomatoes, cucumbers, soaked arame noodles, alfalfa sprouts, lime juice, avocado, all chopped and mashed together. Hearty and light at the same time, hydrating, mineral rich, insanely good.
oh man. Persimmons are seriously in season here in Northern California. And the beauty part (for me) is that most people with trees don't even know what they are or what to do, and are glad to have me take them off their hands. I took home about 20lb a few weeks ago. I love getting the Hashiyas nice and mushy, and just slurping them up! What a great fruit.
Wow Shane, your snack sounds really good. I love medjool dates with walnuts. A "sandwich" of dehydrated pineapple slices with raw almond butter is a hearty snack for the winter months...
Has anyone every had any Raw Revolution live food bars? Those are yummy. I like the cashew spirulina flavor.
