Message to All
If you post a discussion or a blog post, why can you require your "approval" of comments? Isn't that somewhat strange? Are we not at this forum to discuss things and why can one's opinion be screened? Completely fucking retarded, that is my opinion of that.
I wasted 20 minutes of my life this morning writing a comment for a blog post to find it needed to be approved by the blog poster, which of course it wasn't.
This site, I'm sad to say, gets worse with time. I spend less and less time here and it is definately not me that is the reason...

i actually did block one person from responding to my page because he was leaving tons of crazy messages...but your right, if something is posted publicly that could be a different story, i suppose.

They were online and I sorta told them the truth that wasn't exactly inline with the propaganda spewing.
I'm over it, I just used to like this site and its somewhat like-mindedness. It just seems the bullshit bus has pulled up and let everyone out...

Well I think since the fomat changed alot of people will post discussions AS blog posts really...so they stay sticky..this is my theory..its kinda lame..because each person can then become their little moderator. the option to block or DELETE posts..
These options are given because blogs are generally private and people should be able to post what they like without fears and get opinions from people that are not their 'friends'. but they don't want people trashing their personal business. so they should be able to delete and block without invoking the moderator.
so really..the problem is more posting general discussion in the blog section, I don't see what the solution would be, other then very hands on moderating (moving to different sections like they do on other forums) OR to start a discussion on the same topic and voice your 'rebuttals' there.

well you deleted some of my comments. something to do with that community thread right?, was just trying to point out that sometimes in speaking your mind - which is great - you can offend others..everyone is guilty of this. looks like I got axed in the process as well.
so yeah...can't force people to get along I suppose..only to cultivate an environment for people to come together.
