MASSIVE deterioration in tooth enamel
I have been raw for just over 13 months and was 811 between January and Sept/August. I went to see my dentist today and she said she has never seen such bad deterioration in such a short space of time and if I don't sort it now they will have to be capped!!! My teeth have had a rough time of it lately (I caused so much damage with a tongue stud) cracked teeth, root canal and two porcelain crowns. My enamel has never been an issue until now.
It's easy to blame the high fruit diet, which I have now moved away from. I eat very simply now.
Suggestions????

We don't want to receive the rays between say 10-2 - they are the 'burning rays' the most intense.
White man is better adapted at this stage to Sub tropics- and mountains that go down to the ocean.
But i live in the extreme tropics because i am extreme.

I've heard to avoid too much citrus, especially lemon (I was drinking lemon water; stopped that), to brush teeth after any fruit, and to go easy on on dried fruit. There is a non-vegan (milk-based) enamel-builder you can get from a dentist; it's just a paste. I guess fluoride works, too, but that's poison. There is a dentist here in New York City who works with the raw community and is very used to our issues. Maybe you could have a phone consultation. He's Dr. Harold Efron, phone # is 212-475-7912.

Stop Flouride water. period. write your city and state and get the crooks out. Flouride destroys basically everything.

I remembered I took some pictures from last week. We used bees wax candles, like anthony was saying, white/ off white. No filter. We used a biodegradable paper plate, to cover the head. Alot of wax comes out!
