I have been raw for just over 13 months and was 811 between January and Sept/August. I went to see my dentist today and she said she has never seen such bad deterioration in such a short space of time and if I don't sort it now they will have to be capped!!! My teeth have had a rough time of it lately (I caused so much damage with a tongue stud) cracked teeth, root canal and two porcelain crowns. My enamel has never been an issue until now.
It's easy to blame the high fruit diet, which I have now moved away from. I eat very simply now.

I have 1tbsp of tahini nearly everyday now. We don't have collards in the UK but I eat some leafy things everyday. Perhaps it's time to revisit the green smoothie. I hear you on the vitamin D, I've come from sunny Oz to cloudy UK...
my teeth went very bad,gum disease bleeding gums and tooth aches,not to mention other breakdowns in my body,when i ate high fruit and basically never any overt fats...now they are improving out of sight....the last 6 weeks,wow what a turn around in my health and tooth and gum health..
i take MSM and also rub it directly on my gums after gently cleaning my teeth..hopefully this will help your enamel issues too?

The biggest thing with teeth is to keep the blood in the gums healthy. That's a 7.4ph alkaline blood over your whole body. Acidic blood is the biggest cause of any tooth problems.
Then don't let anything decompose on your teeth. As in get it off your teeth.
Don't brush your teeth with those nylon things too aggressively - its takes enamel off.
