First, I want to say why I've included some raw animal products in my diet. For one thing, I feel ethically better supporting local holistic-minded farmers in Oregon than dubious corporate tropical fruit farmers.
Since I've included RAF in my diet, my teeth aren't aching anymore!
My concentration is better. My job at an old folk's home is physically grueling. My energy is much more sustained. I've got a surplus of energy left over to even help my poor exhausted co-workers. And I'm so cheerful, the old people love me!
This is a successful experiment! I'm sick of green smoothies. Can't explain why.
Anyway, kefiring is expensive! Worth it obviously. Anyone else doing something similar and have any feedback?
And what are more websites I can go to to talk about stuff like this? Someone who was banned from this website not so long ago (who could that be?) was telling people to suck chicken's butt's for the eggs, or some comment along that line. I was disappointed the moderators allowed that sort of thing. So, I'm excited to find something that's working for me better than the irritability I was experiencing on high raw.
