I have relapsing/ remitting MS, and haven't had any new lesions or relapses since I have gone raw.... even with the stress of moving and all of the heavy physical activity I've been doing lately. Before raw I was symptomatic for weeks at a time and would have a relapse every month. I was twitching like crazy and would lose control of the left side of my body. Not quite cured..... but a heck of a lot better!

I've never been able to like it, no matter what I've blended it with and how little I've used. And now I have setteled on that it is obviously not what my body wants. Just because someone says something works wonders for them does not mean that it...
I've finally decided to seriously take the plunge into raw veganism.
In August I was 100% raw vegan for 19 days but I went back to my sloppy vegetarian cooked diet. At least I've been vegetarian for over a year now. I'll never eat meat again, that...
