I have relapsing/ remitting MS, and haven't had any new lesions or relapses since I have gone raw.... even with the stress of moving and all of the heavy physical activity I've been doing lately. Before raw I was symptomatic for weeks at a time and would have a relapse every month. I was twitching like crazy and would lose control of the left side of my body. Not quite cured..... but a heck of a lot better!

Hey Tony
Nutrition & Behavior: A Lecture By Russell Blaylock, MD
Biology of belief-Bruce Lipton What you put in your mind might be more important then what you put in your body.
Go to Hippocrate Health Institute and order there magazine it's free. Every issue they have how people recover from deadly illness with raw food being a part of the healing.
This might not be exactly what you asked for but I think it will be helpful:)
my neurologist said that a good portion of people diagnosed with MS "lesions" actually may have lesions caused by MSG. Many of the symptoms are the same
oh and for you label readers, you may have noticed that, you dont read it listed very often and thought
MSG is no longer in there, considering how many people realize the dangers, so what have they done,
disgused it...to be sure that you don't know it is in their products!
so if you see listed; Hydrolyzed vegetable protein, autolyzed vegetable protein, textured vegetable protein, hydrolyzed yeast extract, autolyzed yeast extract, plant protein extract, sodium caseinate, calcium caseinate, yeast extract, textured whey protein, natural flavor. You may be getting something you didnt want!
And they are raw?? I feel like I have seen them at TJ's but for some reason I did not think they were raw. This is exciting. That sounds so good right now.
I was at my friends
tonight and she had a pack and I opened one up with a nutcracker, omg. Is it a nut? Its so meaty and you don't have to cook or boil. I was so happy. I took them with me to my new house and I love them.
Have you ever??
2 apples
10 pineapple guavas
small cup steamed, sprouted black beans with raw spinach, pepper, tomato, cilantro (no salt)
2 sticks celery
6 red bananas
10 more pineapple guavas
7 satsuma tangerines
1 pomegranate
10 dates
I have not used the stuff for years, it gives me heart palpitations.
but when I did use the stuff my 1st choice was liquid (especially the flavored ones they have like toffee)
2nd choice: white, which is more processed, but I can not even stomach ...
