Give it to me Raw

I am learning more about how I tend to hold my breath or breathe tightly in stressful situations--would love to learn some techniques that help me to overcome this habit, and help me meditate. I have meditated in the past, but find myself so very short on time--kids up at 6:30 am and I am with them all day--that I need some guidance on short meditations or "breathing breaks".

Also, websites with ideas/techniques on breathing would be so helpful.

Thank you!

there's something called 'lifeforce yoga' its primarily for depressions/anxiety..but delivers a variety of paranayam (breath techniques)

things like alternate nasel breathing can really either slow you down or speed you up...food for meditation here.

I would just google paranayam. a quick search found this:

kundalini is also flush with short 'meditations' which are more like exercises..and therefore easier to 'get into a state' but difficult nonetheless

good luck.

You're suppose to be able to pick the leaf out of the middle - and it comes out realllllllll easy - if it's ripe. It should smell ripe too.

It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
