ask Rob from funky raw, he's on here. There was a thread that asked the same question if u search for it you'll see even more info. Rob put a long answer on that thread. Why not hop down to brighton there's loads of raw stuff there too.Its not far from london and such a great place to visit, great shopping ;)

The best way to prevent a cold are to eat foods that are minimally toxic. That means eating mostly fruits and vegetables. Organic if possible. Raw. Fresh.
